Nestled in the countryside but just 15 minutes from drive from Frigiliana village is this lovely cortijo with stables and pool.
The house features a spacious living space (40m2) with large windows that offer spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, a kitchen and dining area, plus, 3 bedrooms (one is on a mezzanine level) and a family bathroom. There are possibilities to extend the mezzanine throughout the house, above the kitchen and have two complete floors of living space.
Surrounding the building is a spacious flat plot of 2500m2 wwith stables which is suitable for horses (OCA licence for 4 horses in place) or they could be used as kennels.

There is good access to the cortijo with only a short track that is not concreted. The property has a first occupancy licence (LPO) and includes a 70,000 litre water deposit combined with a water share that has a daily allowance of up to 1700 litres.
